What kind of monster cancels a charter at 11pm, when we are set to go out at 6am? WE WERE ASLEEP AND YOU DID NOT EVEN CALL. Arrived at an empty dock, check the reservation and it's refunded in the middle of the night? Nevermind the weeks of planning, campsite rental, and 4 hours drive. Then you wouldn't answer til we called with a different phone. Callused.
