Ok... Topsail.... wheelvvhai access is very available and be safe as you look around... yea beach access is in most all places their, wheelchair capable... I ride through there a lot because of working... yeah wheelchair access signs are very visable... be safe looking around driving .... not only will people walk out in front of you but they act like your in the way... lol... it's kinda slow around there which is good... I have no problem getting g my truck and trailer around through the place... people are ok as long as your slow... lots of kids... people walking... lol.. hope you understand

No access permit needed, it is open to the public

You parallel park in the sand next to the street and between the street and dunes. In some cases for Topsail accesses there is a parking lot, others there is overflow across the street.
