Very nice property, just 4 units. We are a repeat guest here, having spent part of our Christmas vacation here last year. The owner is very friendly and responsive. The Sky unit (top floor) is upscale modern, comfortable decor. Beach access is one block south and one block east.

Beautiful room! Modern, clean, and very comfortable. Great views and a very convenient location between the sound and the ocean. My wife and I stayed on the top floor, and it felt very private. Owner/manager is very nice, and she works behind the scenes ensuring we had fresh towels and snacks. This place was a nice respite to get away from the crowds and enjoy a relaxing evening. Also the beds are really comfortable! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful quaint Inn!!! We had the pleasure of staying in the 3rd story Sky floor level. Such a wonderful view and love the brightness as well as furniture decor! The owners are the sweetest and go over and beyond!

Amazing customer service. The room was very clean and updated with nice furniture/decor. The Inn is in a great location and very close to the beach. The sweet breakfast was tasty and convenient. I will definitely try to stay here again the next time I visit Topsail.
