Avoid at all costs. Do not take the wellness plan. This “hospital” does not properly evaluate or treat patients, you will not see a vet face to face, and your pet may be only being evaluated and seen by a tech, which is not what you are paying for. Make sure to review your discharge paperwork if you are unfortunate enough to be locked into this place with your pet. Ask questions. I had to speak to corporate management in order to get a doctor on the phone, who basically told me that she never even looked at my pet, but the paperwork has her name all over it. My cat, who has been a patient of theirs for 16 years, recently started to come down with medical issues, after going yearly for visits and checkups. Regardless of being healthy or not, not one visit over those 16 years was fully covered by the scam “wellness plan”, and involved an additional fee. Now, that she is suffering issues, (started with an apparent eye infection, but was revealed to be entropion) and thyroid issues (with blood work required two weeks apart at $300 per workup, and only given enough medication to get to the blood work appointment, with no flexibility on scheduling once you get into this hellish two week money cycle) we realized we were being given the run-around. Go to Mount Laurel Animal Hospital, they are truly caring people who ended up saving my cats life and left eye.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
