I’m never coming back here again. This place has the absolute worst service. I remember when they used to be professional and not tardy, but each year it just gets worse and I’ve had enough. Most of the reception is rude and your appointment will never be at the time it is. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I had an 10:30am appointment for my child, and i wasn’t called till 12:40pm. When i asked the receptionist what was going on she was extremely rude to me and continued speaking to me in Spanish even after i told her i don’t speak Spanish. She finally spoke to me in English and said i was next to see the doctor. I am confused on why even with an appointment you are still waiting 2 hours. Doctors and the people helping seemed to be very rushed in things. I would not recommend this place because there is always a new issue. One time i called to make an appointment and the person told me there was no available appointments for 2 months i said how is that possible this is my child’s PCP , how can a primary care provider not have the availability to see the patient after the last appointment being 1 year ago. Very in disappointing, this place definitely takes on more than it can carry, it’s more of a clinic than a regular doctors office i don’t feel like they care about the patients it’s not a personal experience i would never recommend this place to anyone. I will not be taking my child here anymore:
