Have been a customer for years. They are responsive, courteous, professional, accommodating and they do good work. We have a PMA for our system, and they recently came out and installed a new thermostat--quickly and efficiently. Very satisfied!

So I always like to start with the positive. Company is responsive when getting estimate, installation, services calls, etc. When you run into an issue and need to reach the owner, that's when you will run into an issue. I got ac/ furnace unit installed in January 2021. Throughout the year I spend 8 months going back and forth between the business and NJ clean energy because they say information was missing on claim form. February of 2021 started smelling gas.. called pseg out several times that year. At least 8. Pseg said they didn't spot anything. February 2022 pseg comes out and finally it's discovered that a value in the furnace is no good and needs to be replaced. They shut unit off until it is replaced. I call this business back. They send someone out to replace value but because it's outside the 1 year mark I had to pay almost 200 for something that was broke when installed.. so finally I'm like okay we are good to go.. my NJ clean application was finally submitted correctly after a year of back and forth and no more gas smell in my house. March 2022 my township calls me and says there is no permit on file for the electrical part of the job and that the business needs to file it. I'm okay, I contact business. They do what they need to do and in April 2022( almost 15 months later. I get notified) that I owe almost 200 for permit fees.. what business doesn't have a conversation with you upfront that permit fees aren't included and that it's something you pay separate. When I called about WTH is that. I was told it's in the fine print. I think it really just got slipped through the cracks because who gets an invoice 15 months later for permit. I asked to speak with owner-Still waiting! Very disappointed. Will not be recommending
