This is over 2 weeks without service. Everyday we are promised that today is the day. There seems to be no one in charge.

Ordered a container from them and they missed the drop off day. They even said they were "7 stops away and would be there shortly." Never arrived and when it finally arrived a few days later they dropped it off at the wrong address.

They are very consistent about missing pickups. Currently, we have not had a recycle pickup in four weeks, while paying for weekly service. This has happened about three times in the last year.

Used Republic for our business. The first few years service was great and then during the pandemic they missed many pick ups and when we would report it they told us the guys in the truck said they were there. Our account representative changed many times during the life of our account. We found a new company, Bloom Waste in Cherry Hill who has been phenomenal and tried to cancel our account with Republic. We never resigned a contract specifically so we could switch companies. Every time we contact to close, customer service says our account manager has to close our account and he will contact us. I have called multiple times and sent messages on facebook and still have yet to be contacted. Through facebook, I found out we had to send a certified signed letter to cancel. Did that in August and as of Sept 12th, still have not been contacted for closing. I called again and they said they received the letter but our account manager, Justin, has to contact us to close. I sent them a message on facebook on August 30th to close our account and remove the dumpster or I will file a BBB complaint and negative reviews online. They did not respond and the dumpster is still at our business so here I am leaving this review. I simply want to close and have the dumpster removed.
