I called horizon yesterday for a plumbing issue. Initially, I contacted a plumber I had used previously, who never returned my call. I remembered the Horizon also did plumbing. I have a septic system, which presented a little challenge, but the technician, Zhaquan, was awesome. He thoroughly assessed the situation all the while discussing everything with me. And, he was able to fix the problem. I called in the morning & he was here within a couple of hours. The price was reasonable as well!!

The best way to avoid frozen pipes is to make sure your heating system is working properly. In an emergency the home’s faucets can be opened slightly to allow a trickle of water through the pipes. This can temporarily keep pipes from freezing and bursting.
We just had a heater put in December 18th from Horizon Services. Big difference already. They did a great job. All the techs were very nice & hard working. Every time they go in & out of your house they put on booties over their shoes so they don't get anything dirty. They clean up really good too. Lennox is the heater brand.
