Pretty sweet park, be cool if had a few more street options but overall a super fun park.

Clean and safe. Lots of variety. Big "kids" can sometimes cause problems, but they are politely and firmly asked to leave. Great playground night next to it with envy of shade and seating for parents little kids who don't want to skate.

17 and under are required to wear helmets. Pads are recommended, but optional.
Yes! Absolutely. You can ride bikes, scooters, skateboards and rollerblades. Maybe other things too.
Yes, there is a concession stand and a Pro Shop at the park. The shop hours are 4pm-9pm M-F and 9am-9pm Weekends.
Yes. Scooters and balance bikes too. I've even taken my mountain bike to practice certain skills.
