Good nurses good workers who care about there health care careers stay away from this facility. They over work you, lie on you, blame agency nurse for everything. If you speak up for yourself and your license they will DNR you and threaten to have your license be suspended. When a facility is run by 99% of multiple agencies and with a handful of regular staff tells you a lot. To the people giving 5 stars stop being paid to write your lies! State needs to shut that place down!

Everyone very friendly and courteous. Nurses listen to my suggestions and act on it as soon as possible if appropriate. Only thing that could improve would be answering the call lights in a more timely manner as patients wait too long especially if bathroom is the issue. Would certainly recommend this facility.

The facility is nasty. The employees are nasty and they don’t pay the several agencies that come to the facility. Don’t send your family there!

Everyone from Administration, Front Desk, Nurses, CNA’s and Staff are alway courteous and ask if you or your family need help or have any concerns. Michelle in Admissions is my Angel. The facility is always kept very clean, you can visit your family often, they have activities for them, sitting room and patio area to get fresh air. Healthy meals and snacks. You can bring your family special dishes and snacks that can be labeled with their names in a special refrigerator.. CNA’s can get it at the request of your family member. Everyone checks in and out via computer and Covid masks and sanitizing is required for safety.
