I was looking for a different MB dealer than the one I have been using for my service for the past five years. After hearing good things about Viti, I took my E Class in for a B service. They were very thorough in explaining what is included in the service and they found two service re calls from MB & performed those also. I would like to recognize Danny, who was my service advisor. He is professional in his customer service approach & kept me aware of the service from start to finish.

Called to setup an appointment and ask a number of questions. Waited on hold for almost 7 minutes - 2 x in a row - no one ever picked up the phone. I am guessing that they're overwhelmed with too many cars and too few staff. This isn't a great first impression for sure. I gave 2 stars - benefit of the doubt.
