I went to this place to see what they had for sale. My friend is looking to buy. He suffered a stroke, his speech is a little slow and the lady in the office was being so rude and basically told my friend that they don't have old nasty homes so we can go to a park that has old nasty homes and said that is where we should go and hung up on him. I wouldn't recommend going there. If you employ rude nasty people to run the office, then your homes must be nasty too. The rude lady knows how to be just that. Instead of tearing down older homes.....you should start with your staff. I will be sure to spread the word about how we were treated. I saw the comments and they weren't good. Bad manners equals bad service. The park isn't all that, so get off your high horse and grow some manners! Karma will come back around and get you! Have a great day, and good luck selling homes..... ur gonna need it !!!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! A realtor showed me a home and I was going to buy it. Cherie gave me application, she couldn’t even look at me, and I thought something fishy. I called her to let her know I was going to get a bank check and she said no check cause owner got burned by someone who was turned down and canceled his check, that it has to be only cash. I go to the office and deal with Barbara, cause Cherie was at the bank. Barbara at first says that I have to wait for Cherie to come back, then office phone rings and then Barbara helps me. I show her my documents and she said everything looked good, including my income. She then gives me a receipt for my application and said she’s sending it all now and I will know after 2 P.m. that day, I said thank you and ok. Well low and behold, 2 o’clock comes and I get a call I didn’t qualify. I asked why, cause I had asked questions before about qualifying and I was told I didn’t have a $2,000 income. Now again mind you, I kept asking questions before filling out application and even when I dropped off application. Well I proceeded and I said I want a letter to verify my denial. I haven’t received one and then I realized that they never even checked me out, for I’m notified when someone checks my credit immediately. I will be going back there with a police hopefully, cause I was scammed out of $50 by them. So again, DO NOT BUY IN HERE!!!!

I lived there for 6 years. I found the owner to be very slow to take care of security issues. We had homeless people spending the nights in a mobile not locked. We had to lock everything up every night or it would be stolen. I had 2 bicycles at separate times stolen out of my carport but not locked, so just like that they were stolen, it only takes one night of forgetfulness and boom it is gone. We also had people getting into any unlocked vehicle and stealing change! The place is like living in a construction zone, very loud and noisey. The tearing down singlewides and moving in doublewides are ongoing. There is no gate at the Park Entrance so it is an unsecure park. All the camera's posted around the Clubhouse does not work. The owner forces the very elderly to move out against their will, out of the older singlewides, which nothing is wrong with them, so he can move in double Wides sell them and make profit. The owner does not want any realtors in the park and he charges the residents that want to move out a $3000 fee to sell out of his office. Think twice before moving in there. Yes, the lot rent is cheaper but is it worth it? The above statement is just my opinion.
