Service was great! My plans changed at the last minute, and they changed my reservation pretty easily. When I arrived, the first room I was given was a little dirty, but they changed my room free of cost, and pretty quickly. I felt very safe and the complimentary breakfast spread was really good. Easily accessible by cab and the Comet bus 801.

This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed I had to clean the room myself and buy my own sheets to feel comfortable to sleep in the bed after the condition I found the room in. The refrigerator was dirty liquid spilled in the bottom microwave was dirty the room was Dusty like no one ever wiped anything down the floor was sticky with food all over it I just took the cleaner off the maids cart and scrub down the floor myself so I could walk on it without sticking to it. I tried to get them made to help but she couldn't speak english. The front desk first person just made excuses for the reason for the dirty overall experience. She tried to offer me another room but I suspected it was going to be just as dirty and I was right I told her I'd just stay in the room I was in I just got stuff to clean it myself it was too much of a hassle to try and change to a different hotel but I will never stay there again and I don't recommend anyone else do it either. I don't know why their pool and room exercise room was closed other guests were disappointed so I don't know if there was false advertisement on that. They said for your safety but I don't know what was unsafe about it.

Manager was very unprofessional when it comes down to it. They charged my card multiple times and then wouldn't admit to doing so even with my bank statement provided. And what really upsets me is how they charged my card not once but twice and instantly took the payment but I'm supposed to be in somewhat of a financial bind for 5-7 business days because they made a mistake. Smdh. The actual lady who checked us in was new but did her best and was entertaining to say the least. She gets 4 ⭐ but the rest of the experience -2 ✨

My 3 minute stay was terrible. First and foremost the front desk clerk was beyond rude. I handed her my information in her hand politely and she slapped it back on the counter and was talking very rudely. Let’s not forget to mention I checked into my room and did my usual bed inspection as I do at EVERY hotel I stay at. The sheets were filled with YELLOW FRESH STAINS and hair, as if someone had just got done handling adult business and threw the comforter back on top and made it up. After I go back down to let the front desk know about my room . She didn’t even acknowledge what I was saying and also failed to apologize or offer another room! The only thing she said was “so you want your money back”. That is not the correct customer service to give someone who just spent 100 plus on an room. I highly will not recommend this hotel to anyone, if you do please check your beds before you lay on someone else’s juice.

Big truck parking?

I don't believe there is big truck parking yet they are so accommodating that if there is room on the lot they will probably allow it. A motor coach was parked there at the time of my stay. Of course the passengers from the coach were staying over night...i say just call ahead and ask.
