The hotel itself was okay the lobby was very nice clean staff very friendly. The problem was with the room. I had booked this room 2 months in advance and requested an ADA Compliant room, which it was not went back to the lobby and explain the situation to the girl and she said that is their ADA Compliant room and that is the only one they have. Well the room was small the chair could get past the entry door by a more than two feet. The bathroom had no handrails the toilet was a low profile the shower was not a walk-in shower there was no bench or handrails in the shower. The only chair in the room was a desk roll chair and the space between the desk and the ledge where the TV set was about 3 ft Maybe. Several of the TV channels did not work on the TV. There was a king bed but only two pillows and they were way too soft they were like sleeping on Half Baked marshmallows. Sorry but This is way I'm giving it only 2 stars

Very clean and colorful. The room was kind of smaller than one would expect, but I guess that is one of the eco-friendly attributes. The closet is basically a 90 degree pipe with hangers and a few hooks on the wall, so if you plan on going to a wedding, be ware of the hanging issues! The staff is extremely friendly. The only issue I really had was that there was a problem with my card when I booked the stay, and no one told us until my husband was trying to check in with the digital key and found out that it was not paid for yet. A hold was placed on my card from where I originally thought I was paying $157. That was cancelled, but still on hold. Then the room was raised to $176. Each price was AFTER taxes, so I don't really know what happened, but I would have given five stars if someone had communicated this to us PRIOR to 3PM when he was checking in and having issues, while I was at a wedding. It made me nervous/flustered because I only brought so much to spend on the trip, so having money on hold was a bit of a set-back. OTHERWISE, great trip. I assume this doesn't happen THAT often but still would have appreciated the communication.

Stayed 1 night for a quick trip, room was great, very clean. The pillows were super soft and kinda hard to sleep with (i prefer a firmer pillow, my problem not theirs). The standing shower was great, but the seal was not water tight because the floor got pretty wet. Breakfast was as expected for a free breakfast. Had my 3 year old with me and he loved it. Would definitely stay again.
