I'm not comfortable with volunteers/staff/workers there, folks who seemed to be in charge like Danni Greene or Da Mendoza. I don't like to hear about gossip or negative talk. Especially if it seems like personal or private info. Is it even true or just gossip?

I tried the DC Center and then understood why it doesn't have a great reputation. I had concerns about the staff. What kind of qualifications or training do they have?

If you can make it to San Diego, CA they have an amazing LGBTQ community there and also the best homeless resources in the nation. The Alpha Project shelter there was able to accommodate me on the female side. <3 Good luck to you and God Bless!!
We have free binders available at the Center
Street Parking is your best bet.
Please visit our website and feel free to visit one of the support groups that meet here.
They do support the trans community.
No clubs in those areas. Shepherd University has an active GSA. There’s also an eastern panhandle LGBTQ alliance.
Welcome! You don't need a membership to stop by the Center. Come visit us during office hours or stop by for one of the many events we host.
