It smells bad first. Then the upkeep of the building is horrible. The whole building needs to be gutted and redone. Elderly and disabled people live there and they won't do anything to help the tenants. Black stuff comes out the heating vents, elevators break down all too often and they want the disabled and elderly tenants to clean the hallways. When my disabled mother asked if someone could clean the hallways on her floor I was there and heard them tell her "It's your floor right why can't you keep it clean. I keep the halls and the yard clean where I live." That's the dumbest thing I ever heard when she needs help keeping her apartment clean, hints the disability. Housing needs to do better.
