These are true statements. Most of the staff could not care less about helping people make a successful transition back into society. The owners have it set up so that if a resident wants to go home with family that they have to pay them.
It should have been torn down ages ago. The building structure is horrible, they have mice, there is mold present there and to make matters worst the case workers/receptionist flirt and have sex with the guys there. Totally unprofessional.
There are classes that you have to take when you first arrive. It's called orientation I think. It's a bunch of different classes that totals up to about 12 or 13 hrs.

No. The place in question is confusing. Whatever the website may say is not consistent with what actually goes on there.
This frequently happens! Even as residents find employment, case workers will deny days out thereby jeopardizing potential jobs for residents.
