Very grateful for the loving care and attention our mom received from Avila Home Care. When she had a stroke in March, my wife and I were out of town and could not get home for over two weeks. I called Avila and their case manager quickly arranged for 24/7 care. Amazingly all of the ladies were very experienced and very gracious. They were each positive and encouraging. When mom elected to enter hospice care, the Avila team adjusted their approach and gently assisted mom as she prepared for her trip to Heaven! Great people with a very caring attitude. We can’t say enough good things about Avila Home Care!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company! From the very first phone call that I made to KC, I knew that I had chosen the right company to care for my precious Mom. KC is so professional and so prompt in all of her responses to any, and all of my questions that I had. She always showed such compassion and understanding during this difficult time with the extra care Mom needs. The way that they schedule at Avila is wonderful. My Mom had the same caregivers for her day shift and her evening shift. Monique who I got to know very well and spend time with is absolutely superb. She was literally a godsend to me to take care of my Mom. I never had to worry when she was in her care. She was so sweet, kind, and loving to my Mom. I could not have asked for a more wonderful person to care for her! Faith took care of my Mom during the night, and she was always so careful, sweet and so loving with my Mom. She always corresponded with me to let me know what was happening or if she had any questions. ChiChi filled in on the weekend hours, and she also was so conscientious, and kept me updated about my Mom during the night hours. All of these ladies show that they love what they are doing...caring for our lives ones. This is not just a job to any of the ladies that I have mentioned, this is their passion! I absolutely recommend this company, and I will be using them again whenever it is needed!
