Not one complaint about the sales people, they are awesome! But Service omggggg run run run from that place! Over a span of 5 years between me and my bf we have gotten 3 cars from them and I had no issues , but last time I changed my oil my oil light came on and my friend who is a mechanic checked it and said my oil was black and my sensor was broken. It was only 1k in and I always bring my oil . So I called them for months and they have told me it’s all good and that they have no slots for appointments. Finally I have one in few days ago and my advisor was so rude and unprofessional that it’s not even funny Les was rude and didn’t even paid no mind to what I had issues with . Anywho they changed my oil or I think they did , oil lamp is off but look at this my new miles due for oil change is 2k less that’s my previous lol howww? I called corporate and they said it’s privately own and nothing they can do .

Sean was awesome! I love how he took us through the car and showed us all of the safety features so I knew how to work a lot of it! Was very easy to work with and very honest, which you don’t find at dealerships, truthfully. Stayed later than they were open to make sure I got the car I want, which in my experience is also NOT what you get from most salesmen! Also Corben stayed later to help me as well, and helped me get the best monthly payment! Thank you both for your help! I LOVE MY vehicle!
