Great services. All things considered, I never gave them much grief and was leaving on mostly positive terms. My day job schedule is crazy and changes day to day and I couldn't keep up. Decided to discharge myself since I was going to lose service anyway due to being unable to make scheduled appointments which was mostly understandable. However sending me a discharge letter about stating how lenient the clinic had been with my attendance, when I COULD NOT AFFORD TO MISS WORK, soured the whole experience. I took telehealth calls while I was in the middle of trapping for rats in abandoned houses to make it work, it just didn't. It wasn't for lack of care or trying on my part. I wish everybody well, but it is wild to me that they felt the need to rub salt in the wound on my way out.

More bureaucracy than empathy in this building. Avoid for mental healthcare.

Very pleased with The staff first entering The building then very pleased with The doctor once checked in with my dad and after the visit with the doctor not only was the doctor helpful with medical needs but personal issues also, I'm happy I was refferd to the Shepherd's Clinic for my Dad.
