You can hardly get someone on the phone if at all and when you do get a person the staff is rude, unprofessionalI and have no common courtesy what's so ever. They have so Many patients it take hours to see a Psychiatrist's and they change Psychiatrist's like people change underwear. If I could I would give them Half a star. It used to be a good place to go now it is Terrible. Do yourself a favor and find another place to go.

The staff I’ve interacted with have been lovely. However getting a person in the phone is impossible and messages are never returned. Day 18 of messages and finally got a human but I had to call a few times today.

I've dealt with them there for a long time. I would rate them a 4 out of 5. The only reason being that depending on who you are seeing and why you are there, its hard to schedule appointments on a regular basis and they don't do standing appointments. But they're good. Good enough that I come to them from Columbia.
