Jai medical had me waiting in kidney pain for a week to tell me they don't expect my insurance. Like they didn't realize that the day I came there. I feel bad for anyone who has to depend on them for medical care. You could literally die waiting on them thank God I didn't.

I love the doctors here. The staff is efficient and patient, even with a problematic patient such as myself. Dr. Richardson and Dr. Kite are the only providers I will see when I have a visit, whether scheduled or walk in.
