UPDATE: Fortunately I was able to reach someone by messaging the department on Facebook and I got my benefits situated. Weird I was scheduled for an interview to renew my EBT benefits. I never got a call on the date it was suppose to happen. They had the nerve to send me a letter saying I didn't keep my appointment and I have to reschedule. How can I reschedule when no one answers the phone, calls back, or answers emails? This is a fault on their end. I don't understand why I need this interview which is causing all my problems. I didn't need it during the pandemic and I submitted all of my required forms and documents. That worked out fine. Now my benefits might get cut off and I'll have to reapply and go through this whole process all over again. It's very frustrating that their incompetence has been an ongoing problem and nothing is being done about it.

I called up this center to find out about my food stamps because they shorted me for a whole year and owe me a lot back first of all they take forever to answer the phone you be on hold for a few hours and once someone answer they are very disrespectful to the point where I felt I needed to curse them out very rude

They send mail out late when you got the mail your case be closed they don’t pick up the phone have you wait until the end of the day & still nothing

They do not answer the phone…I’m so confused what they do all day everyday!! They can’t possibly be working on cases!!! Our cases just sit and sit and sit. And when you try to call. The wait times are ridiculous. And you have the option to schedule a call back and they NEVER call back. It’s ridiculous.

Can you give me information for the Division of Administrative Operations as far as what are their duties and responsibilities?
The same thing happened to me last week and ever since I can't never get them to answer, no call back and I got my redetermination after the due date. This happened 2020 they closed my case and I lost my disability and food stamps, and took 145$ from me that I never got back. It's happening again and I told the woman on the phone before she hung up on me that they better not close my case. She says I'll mail you another application and hung up. I've never had issues with any other DHS as they cause all the time, and it goes on and on. It's war tomorrow!
It means you are still on The Housing Voucher Program. If you are low income to no income you pay 30% of your Housing Voucher if you earn $30,000. Ex. Say your income is $0. You pay no money for your Apartment or House. It's called Section 8. You called The Apartment Complex or the House you are interested in ask them are they on the Section 8 Program, if they say yes they will give you s Section 8 application. You will not ave to pay regular price for Your Home. A waiting list is waiting for an Apartment to be available. You are approved right away. You need not get a credit check it is already established.

They gave you full stamps on January 194 February because no one is getting full stamps for March until further notice
