Thanks to the Daily Rider and especially to Will for the expert installation of a new headset on my Wabi Classic. These guys are super fast and offer very reasonable prices for even complicated service. Bike mechanic Will is a super nice guy and easy to talk to. He took the extra time to look my bike over to make sure everything was in line and within optimal tolerances. My bike is a big part of my life and it’s nice to know that I have a local bike shop that I can trust and rely on when I need some help. If you need help with your bike, visit these folks with confidence. Y’all ride safely and have fun.

This is a great bike shop to purchase a new bike or have your bike repaired. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to deal with!

Finally a reason to review this location. I’ve tried this location I few years back when I first started riding track bikes. Immediately upon walking through the door, I was met with where’s your helmet? No hi, no can I help you… Followed with ohh and “ no brakes” I continued to shop. Every time I asked any questions pertaining to my new effectuation with bikes all together. Grunts and one word answers. Today is the last straw and it’s crazy because out of all the DMV bike shops. This one has never even been on my radar. With so many completely better shops only 5mins bike ride away. So only reason I called was to see if they were busy, because I had a small repair that just required a tightening of a lock ring, I was standing in REI(waiting). So I called, And upon picking up the phone I had explained this to them with detail. There was a slight pause… and the guy says, hey where are you calling from. Me- Wow! Did you hear anything I just said. Why are you concerned about anything other than my question. He says your caller ID, it’s Say you’re calling from The Simulation Short story… can you do this repair… Yes im calling from the simulation He returned with No sorry we can’t do it. 3 strikes and you’re out Daily Rider . Crazy I had received a gift card from a race. Never got to even use free money at your store. 🤡

The shop has operated with minimal contact sales and service for the last year. No inside browsing is permitted. Call or text when at the door and someone will meet you outside to discuss repairs or purchases. To keep interaction to a minimum, we encourage the use of text or email for communication. Currently, no cash sales can be conducted as there is no cash drawer on premises now.

We place a pump outside the shop every day we're open that is free to use and works with both valve types.

Is there off street parking available? It is usually pretty tight on street parking.

The garage at the rear of the building is available for parking. The elevator will bring you up t street level and two doors down from the shop. Alternatively, you can use the Anthology parking garage directly opposite the shop.

Do you buy used bikes or parts?

We'e unable to purchase or sell used parts as the District requires a pawn license to do that with bicycles. Check with Gearin' Up Co-Op for donating parts or bikes as they do take donations.
