Too many speed bumps. Need addresses rather than lot numbers. It would be easier for first responders to find the houses.

Depending on zone. Zone 1 includes water (utilities) and yard/patio cleaning, the pool, gate, etc. Zones 2 and 3 don't get the water service included

I was thinking of considering this place,I did take the time to read the reviews, my question is. why hoa gets to control who visits? I did see camara's for surveillance. parking will be blocking driving area? it is kind of tight for 2 vehicles.

Its not really like that. Streets here are narrow and if people park in front of house it's hard to pass, or neighbors, to get in and out of their driveways.
