We had a huge birthday bash to celebrate two 1st Birthdays, one 13th Birthday, and one 50th Birthday. I traveled from Idaho for the special family occasion. The venue itself was beautiful inside. When we arrived, all of the tables were set up and we paid to use the fridge. The gentleman there were very helpful and friendly. We ordered a balloon arch that wasn't set up, but we were able to get that situated and it looked amazing. I saw a remote lying on the edge of one of the pillars and it had color changing lights. So, since it was out, I thought we could use it because if you couldn't, it shouldn't be out for use. Later, a woman comes in being very rude and I thought it was a guest I didn't know at first until she started going on about the lights. So, I apologized and said I'm sorry, this remote was out here. So, I thought we could use it. She proceeds to get nasty, especially with my sister who paid thousands for this party. You would think we could use what we paid for. I completely understand safety concerns about lights. I have no problem asking. However, this information was not passed along to us and there was unnecessary drama that almost ruined the event. To add, my grandmother asked if she could get her ice out of the freezer and my friend said the fridge, which was obviously a mistake because she's just wondering why someone is being so rude. And she almost causes a fight with my friend by yelling well, ice goes in a freezer not a fridge. Implying she's stupid. I see it is a trend with this woman being nasty and if you want your business to succeed, you should definitely pick customer-oriented staff who isn't just looking for a paycheck.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY EVENT. THE OWNER GIA IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND SEVERLY LACKS CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE IS ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY AND CHARGES FOR EVERY SINGLE THING THAT SHOULD BE ALREADY INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE YOU PURCHASE. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BECAUSE OF HOW DIRTY IT IS AND CLUTTERED IT IS. ONLY BRITTNEY ( ONE OF THE COORDINATORS) WAS HELPFUL WITHE COORDINATING MY WEDDING THIS PAST FRIDAY. GIA IS A NIGHTMARE AND SHOULD NOT BE A OWNER OF RUNNING A BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
