Saw Rolo Tomassi headline yesterday with Under the Pier, Callous Daoboys and Cryptodira as support. Tiny place works really well, pit was popping off. Under the Pier was awesome and Jesse was super friendly. Ended up picking up almost $150 in merch and got pics with Eva and James of Rolo/autographing and personalizing my CDs along with talking shop. Would definitely come here again.

They print rosters from their vendor, so you should only need ID.
There is plenty of street parking that is either pay by the hour, or free depending on the block. There is also a garage on the same block (same side of the street) that is directly across from the Charles Theatre. I believe the lot right next to Metro is a pay lot, as well.
The neighborhood is fine. The most i run into is beggars. Just look out for them and you'll be fine.
