It is valid from the first day you use it. We didnt pre book the top of the rock we went to the ticket office on the day. The added benefit is if it's a cloudy day the views arent as good. So you can choose a clear day to go.

Please note Empire State is not available with the Sightseeing Pass, you can visit One World Observatory and Top of the Rock instead

With the normal pass (not the flex) they give you 40 dollars and then you can get the ticket for the Empire State (or any other attraction from a website from a partner ). Better take a look at their website.

Nope, you need to choose what you want to do and make the most of it, we saw fast more attractions than the cost of the pass but clearly it is down to the individual.

Not anymore unfortunately but there is plenty included. Top of the rock is awesome but book for the first time (you need to go to Rockefeller to get a ticket though).

That is very simple the hop on off buses route starts with 3 or 5 route once u cover one route ...u will finished the sight seeing spots of that route... Otherwise cross it or mark it on the route map of the hop off hopp on bus paper👍

I bought the flex pass... based on how long the attractions take, and the amount of tourist in nyc... the flex pass is better. You cannot do more than 3 attractions maximum based on time constraints. Although its unlimited, you are limited by time.
