As this was my first time on a Big Bus Tour, I must say that I enjoyed it. Even when it started to rain we were given disposable rain coats that goes over your head, with a hoodie. We were also given earphones for the tour. The route was a great and listening to the audio while sight-seeing was good. We used the app to locate a bus when we hop off hop on. This was very helpful as a bus would be at a bus stop every 15 minutes. I strongly suggest to download the app when choosing this tour activity in New York.

Big Bus was great way to get around to places we wanted to see. Wanda Bon was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. Made making decision easier. Worth the money!

Bring back the tour guide. The audio was cheesy and worthless. Would like to add that we had problems with the on/off system. Was only given one ticket for 5 people, so when we split up, some of our group were not able to get back on. Would suggest that each person be given their own ticket. Cost me $55 extra on Uber to get the family back together. Would NOT recommend.

Go to their website book a tour as per your convenience. The bus tour starts near Times square, New York,and you need to collect tickets from there office which also beside there. I hope it helps..

Both ate good but the tour that goes to one world trade center is the best for photos. The night tour is my favorite for pics.

Hi Liz! We recommend picking up your pass when you're ready to use it. The Big Bus Hop-On Hop-Off tour is considered an attraction, so if you collect your bus ticket and have your pass scanned, then your New York Pass will be active from that point.
