As per others reviews, the sales people are on every corner. That’s where the service stops. $200 US for one stop, then the trip is done. Buses do not run to time & when they do come along, they’re full. Do not bother with this company. Check out the other companies & give this a miss😞What a waste of time & money!

Absolutely the worst 90$ spent the entire trip, every bus was late and most of the time there was no room to even get on. I should have just taken public transportation.
Gustavo Suárez
Pay only for stay in the line and lost time.
Joaquín Suárez Ermacora
Bad service, bad frequency of buses and no respect for the time of the people who is waiting.

Hello Joseph, during our winter schedule we have departures daily at 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, and 3:30 pm.
It does. The website shows it runs until Jan 3, 2021.
Great question, Kara! There is a stop on the Downtown Tour (Stop #11) that will take you right next to Pier 36. Be sure to reserve your spot on the cruise before you go. You can do that on the TopView app. We hope this helps and can't wait to see you on our TopView buses.
We went on the Night Lights your last week and it was beautiful. It's really similar to the downtown tour at night, but with three night lights it's a whole different experience. Also, you drive across the Manhattan bridge to Brooklyn and get a gorgeous view of the skyline and bridges at night.
Yes they do!
Call them.
Dear Hammed, Thank you for your honest feedback.

Dear Ashwani, Please visit topviewnyc.com/reserve to make a reservation for the Liberty Cruise.
Hi, Amiee! No you do not! If you have your pass downloaded already, you can hop-on the bus at any of our stops. Be sure to look at the bus times on our TopView app.
Hi, Nathan! The tours vary in total length. Mostly they should take about an hour and a half in total, but sometimes it can go over two hours depending on time, traffic, and certain events happening in the city. If you do decide to hop off at any point, you can check the time of the buses on our TopView app. If you need any more information from us, please feel free to give us a call. Thank you for picking TopView and we are excited to see you on board!
You have to reserve both Night and Brooklyn tours. The night tour takes you into it a bit and it is dark. The Brooklyn Tour shows you more places if you look at the Top View map.
Dear Adejonwo, Thank you for the feedback.
Hello Gela, You can find a list of stops and expected arrival times between each station on topviewnyc.com/livemap
It only goes once a day and yes 10 o clock meaning (it doesn't stop on the road

Take a look at our route maps for full lists of stops. For Night and Brooklyn tours, our buses are a full length run along the route without any stops.

Downtown tours run every 20-25 minutes daily 8:00am-6:00pm, and Uptown tours run every hour daily 10:00am-4:00pm. We also provide service announcements on our app in case of schedule changes.

Dear Kathy, the closest stop is #12 at 17 Battery Place, between West st & Washington St. Please visit our live map for additional details on stops and arrival times. https://www.topviewnyc.com/livemap
You can reach us at 212.664.0300.
Call their office, just one or two continue on with the tour.
The best thing to do is show up at their office ticket window.
And is TopView not ashamed to charge for a service that they do not comply with?
I don't think you can do that. I think it was a specific route no getting off or on.
Response available if question coulf be translated to English
Just the tickets. There are many such providers and u can press them for discount or lower price. U may evem get free boat trip
The night tours of Brooklyn and the Bronx do not have a translation in Spanish only in English (not even with headphones), and the worst thing is that they sell you the package telling you something else !!! They told me that they could enter several museums and I could only enter New York and that I was entitled to 2 hours of free bicycle, and it turns out that I have to pay at least 1 initial to have 2 free ... a total farce
1hr 45mins
All tours are like an hour and a half depending on time of day and traffic.
No I went on the tour and the map didn't stop on that side.
I purchased online as well. After I left Penn Station, I was greeted by a RED SHIRT employee of TopView (there are several bus tour companies). I showed him my online ticket and based on my location, I was directed to a ticket center!
Just look for red tshirts. They're all over the place at every single tourist place. They'll explain the plans, some of them include night tour. It's the best tour.
That's True THEY are SCREWED people. THEY sale 1000 tickets for 50 seats.
49 dollars
