Disappointed that I spent twice what this place is worth. There was garbage in the room under the tables, the pool heater was not working so the water was too cold to swim. The pool is very small for a hotel this size anyway. Room door was hard to shut and someone walked in on accident! Outside you can smell the river, fridge was turned off and took hours to cool off. We stayed 2.5 days and the garbage in the hall was still there when we left. The door on fridge cabinet is broken so it took 2 hands each time to shut. Lumpy bed with springs you could really feel, prison grade toilet paper, sink drained super slow. Yes I kept a running list. I would have complained but they were booked solid with some baseball thing in town. I was there for a wedding and didn't want to make waves. At least I got to enjoy people playing baseball outside til 11 pm. Food was great for the private event but the breakfast was not great at all. This area is newly developed but it is pretty close to stereotypical east Moline. Definitely hurting the Hyatt brand!

Customer service is severely lacking. Front desk told us they were sold out and didnβt have our reservation down for the first night of our trip. I had the email confirmation that showed the dates of arrival and check out. Waited around in the lobby for over an hour while they try to figure out what to do- with three children, one an infant, and very late at night. Other guests of the hotel were even approaching wondering why we werenβt being helped quicker and offering their rooms to us. The attitude of the front desk staff and the way they made it sound like it was our error was extremely unimpressive. Zero compensation for the error. And to top it off, before we can go to the room they have us booked for tomorrow, we have to check out at noon, and are unable to check back in until 3pm. Not exactly the most convenient with a baby and a softball tournament scheduled for the entire day. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Beautiful new facility. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed, spacious room, pleasant staff, nice lounge on main floor with fireplace and lounge on top floor too, Starbucks inside, hot and cold breakfast items and fresh fruit. Excellent conference facility in the Expo Building, with great staff and delicious food on sight. Highly recommend this hotel overlooking the Mississippi for a personal getaway or conference. We had a great week here!

This hotel seemed to be a good deal but actually failed in many areas. - Parking lot is easy but far away from hotel doors and limited (no enough parking spots) for winter it is uncomfortable to walk through the parking lot. - The swinging pool is VERY uncomfortable, there is not space for tables and chairs. For example, "their" capacity is 42 people, and they only have 2 small tables (really small) and 6 chairs. In my opinion the swimming pool itself could only hold 20 or less. - Breakfast is not what you see in the pictures. Food did not have a good taste nor good testure (could not give a bite) moreover, the guys who were serving the food did not have customer service manners. They don't even greet you, instead they look at you in a way you will feel uncomfortable to ask for any food item from the menu. - The view is not that great. We paid for a room that face the Mississippi River but the view was not what I expected (again, marketing pictures shows better views). You will see the river AND smoke from a company located in the other side of the river π. - Cleaning service. No one came to clean the rooms nor provided supplies. When I asked at the front desk (next day) the person said that we needed to requested to have someone to clean the rooms. I told her "it would be nice to be notified when I checked in" normally I don't request that service, it comes with the rental of the room. - the conference room is too expensive. I wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday, but their conference room was already booked. I ask for the cafeteria area. I clarified we were just a group of 9 but the lady said the cost was still $400 for it. I ask if it was private or why was expensive. The person said that was not private, staff needed to walk through (in & out) and that was their rate. I personally do not recommend this place. Room were just ok. I did not have a microwave nor enough space. Front desk staff were nice.
