Room was ok. depending on what your there for location wise not much around the town big spot for off road ranch a few miles away. Service was spotty they were friendly, loved taking to most of them but if your there for extended stay rooms were not cleaned often. We were an exceptionally long stay due to house fire. There were many days it smelt of weed being smoked by one of the guests

Over priced in light of the non working air conditioner in our room- terrible attitude from the front desk lady- the foul mouth morning from desk lady-owner was not willing to fix the my issues-the bath room sink, tub and whole bathroom weren’t clean-bathroom sink would not drain-mold around tub area-carpets in lobby, halls and even in the rooms were stained and soiled. People would congregate around the entrance of the hotel and smoke, along with the front desk woman… very undesirable hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Super friendly staff with very clean rooms. Two floors, but no elevator. I’ll probably be back if I ever stay in Ava again.

The pricing is perfect! The front desk people are amazing!! I definitely like what u get for the pricing of the rooms but it could be better,more clean in the bathrooms,like the counter tops,and the beds are rock solid which hurt but other then that not bad for a small town!
