I have recently applied to the Finley and I am waiting for my approval. I have a few friends who have lived in the Finley over the past few years and they love it! Of course, I visit occasionally and I always admire the spaciousness of the apartments. The premises are always clean and it is pretty quiet. I spoke with a member of the office staff this morning and they have been great so far. Currently, I am in communication with Kennetta! If you're reading this, put in a good word for my approval lol Just kidding, but yes, I love the Finley and hope to be a resident soon. :)

ZERO STARS. They will smile in your face to get you through the door.. do not rent from them, this will be my final term. If you need anything pertaining to your apartment they will NOT pick up the phone i called a total of 8 times.. no response! once i called from a unknown number they picked the phone up faster than it could ring. Services are late and the woman Jennette at the front desk is rude this apartment complex to too overpriced not to be accommodating.

I don't live at The Finley, but I deliver there. It's looks like a nice complex located on the 103rd St (the Brannan Field end). My only "complaint" is that it can be pretty difficult to locate building numbers. Some are hidden behind trees that have grown (bc that's what trees do after all lol).
