We moved in about a month ago, and first let me address the issue of the bad reviews I read on here. I'm kinda confused by them because #1 if it's as bad as those reviews say why is there rarely ever any vacant apartments available for rent, and #2 these experiences described in those reviews are the complete opposite of my experience here. First let me say our experience has been 100% positive this far. Any issues we had was dealt with very promtly! We moved in on a Thursday, the apartment was very clean (including the carpets), there were NO roaches or bugs or any signs of water damage or mold described in some of the other bad reviews. We had a couple issues, #1 was the seal around the fridge door didn't seal very well in one area, I called the office and told Stephanie and 2 days later on Monday she had a brand new refrigerator delivered. #2 was the linoleum flooring was peeling up around the edges of the room where it meets the wall, again told Stephanie and the next morning there was a flooring installer here who installed all new linoleum in not just that one room but in all the areas of the apartment where there was linoleum on the floor. As far as the apartment & the community grounds, the apartments are very spacious and affordable and we are very happy here! The community is quite, the grounds are nice & well kept... And the only trash on the grounds that you read about in some other bad reviews is the trash that people who live here throw on the ground, and even then the maintenance guys to a very good job of picking up and cleaning up other lazy people messes! There is an on-site laundry matt which is nice and has all new washer and dryer machines in it and it's open 24hrs a day so it doesn't have a "kicked in" door like mentioned in one of the bad reviews I read, it's never busy in there and always kept clean. The community has 24hr a day armed security that patrols the community and cameras all throughout which is a big plus! I would highly recommend this apartment community to anyone,. If your lucky enough to be able to rent an apartment here because like I mentioned earlier there's rarely ever any empty apartments to rent and there's usually a waiting list for apartments! *********************UPDATE********************* 12/17/2021 Well, we've lived here now 8 months and still nothing but good things to say about this place! Over the 8 months we've lived here we have had very few, minor maintenance issues,. All of which were taken care of by our maintenance team the same day we put in the request. The office staff here is always friendly and accommodating. The grounds are kept up very regularly. The pool (which we enjoy) was open all summer. Security is patrolling and making rounds on foot very regularly, and I was recently informed by office personal that the security personnel soon will have an office onsite which is a big plus. Its always quite around here at night, never have we had any noise complaints. They just installed bright LED pole lighting all behind the rear of the apartments all the way around which is another big plus. So, thought I'd give my review this update after being here for awhile, we are very happy here and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks

Rude, condescending. Very fake, mean-spirited, office assistant- Stephanie acts like she owns the place. Trashy, low class, and high crime area. Not family or kid friendly at all. These apartments are really run-down and over priced. Ongoing problems with the plumbing, air conditioner. One bedroom starts at $650. Two bedrooms are $850-$1,000 Apartments have mildew, and black mold.

ENOUGH IS ENOUGH My cousin just moved in A DAY ago and ALREADY having issues. The apartment was poorly prepared. It was not cleaned and the office staff acted as if they knew nothing about my cousin moving in. She traveled STATES AWAY to move here, and was in contract with Stephanie for 3 weeks prior to her arrival. Just right now she took a shower and the water would not turn off. She called the emergency maintenance line and was asked by the worker if this could wait until the morning. IT IS 1 IN THE MORNING and she was asked if the shower could stay on and they come out IN THE MORNING! She said absolutely not and the worker rudely told her that it would be an hour as he does not live in the area. The unprofessionalism is beyond words. This is complex is not what it is advertised as online. This place is definitely not recommended especially if you have children. My cousin has three small children that have school in a few hours as this is a school night. Buyer beware!
