This place is absolutely horrible, the outside is nothing compared to the pictures shown, the employees are liars, the customer service sucks etc. I was told if I paid there $180 fee I could get into a place the very next day… it was a straight lie. After calling many times I finally talked to a manager who said wait 14-21 days for a refund. It’s been WAY past that and still haven’t received one or heard anything back. i’ve been dealing with this for several months now. I’ve been respectful and patient but it’s getting very annoying. I never get an employee to answer the phone I always get sent to voicemail saying to call within working hours (which I do every time). I’ve left many voicemails asking them to call me back with my phone number and name and they never do . The ones who I have talked to are very rude and disrespectful. If I don’t get a refund soon or an explanation I will be taking this to my Navy Lawyers because I’m sick and tired of dealing with them. DONT GET AN APARTMENT HERE!

My lease renewal is Aug. My rent was raised prior to my renewal month...I sent several inquiries as to why it was raised prior...No response from office staff...In my opinion that was a breach in the agreement...The grounds are always nasty and the pool is closed with no explanation to tenants.

Hours posted on google and inside the leasing office is Mon-Fri 10a-6p yet there are signs on the front office doors that state the office is closed on Tuesday & Thursday and for vendors to knock.. No one answers the phone in the office and if they do they hangup and you have to call again. I’ve lived here since Aug 2020 and this is by far the worst place I’ve lived. The pool is always closed because something is broken, needs to be fixed, or inspected and no timeframe is ever given. It’s not even announced to tenants when it’s open. My lease ends at the end of this month and no one has reached out about renewal. I called and spoke to someone who said I would receive an email and a week later I still haven’t gotten anything. I just spent 10 minutes waiting for someone to come out so I could request a new AC filter.. I left without one because no one was in the office.
