They have a good selection of shoes but they need new staff! I saw two boys playing at the register and then walk away and leave a customer. They were also heard cussing behind the register as well. Not professional. There are a couple of good employees that are very kind and helpful but that should be consistent across the store!

It was an amazing arey of selection of shoes, handbags etc. If your looking for a hi quality shoe, bag at at a really good price hop on in you jeep, car etc. Get on over to the shoe department encore just like i did it was well worth the drive the staff was awesome thanks so much and we will be going back!

If you used a debit card get that information from your bank. After going into this store in Thomasville Ga & hearing these employees talking I would advise you to look hard for your receipt because it sounds like they would be hard to deal with. Just my observation based off of over hearing their conversation!🤷♀️

Next day shipping does not necessarily mean it will arrive the next day.
