NEVER AGAIN!! I will NEVER go back to this Auto Zone location. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service that I have received from the manager on duty. I called earlier to inquire about installing some windshield wipers that I purchased from Walmart. I was told that I can bring them and they do not charge to install. I then came after work to get them installed. I inquired about how much is the charge for to get them installed. He informed me, that, “You can’t buy stuff from another company and have us install it!” All for RainX windshield wipers. All while shoving the product I had purchased towards me. I explained to him that I was inquiring about how much was the charge. He said nothing. I just said thanks and left. There needs to be a clear policy about what they will and will not install, even if a service charge will be applied. Although I work in the area, I find it unacceptable and disappointing about the quality of customer service. I will NEVER go back for anything car related.

After waking up to find the battery in my vehicle was dead and waiting 3hrs and 30 mins for roadside service to come jump the battery. I went in today to Auto Zone here in Thomasville to purchase a battery for my Honda CR-V. After making the purchase the employees changed the battery and I was able to go on my way. The employees, Lafoya, Store Manager and Alicia, Parts Sale Rep, went over and beyond the duty of helping me and I am very grateful. They were very professional in their work and my hat off to both. Thank you very much!!
