They help you and listen. They do not try to push medication on you that you don't need or want. Also a great staff.

I prefer Dr Howard over Dr Frick because of her demeanor. The only thing that is really annoying at this place is they NEVER answer the phone or return calls. I’ve called every day for a week now to schedule an appt, even leaving messages asking for someone to call me back, and I still haven’t heard back. I have seen other people’s Rx info in my own file before and have been given someone else’s visit summary listing their medications. Makes me wonder what else happens behind closed doors. Don’t expect any privacy. Appallingly horrible customer service.
