On initial appointment, yes. However, if you are a no call/no show for that appointment, then a $50 fee is required when rescheduling that appointment. This fee will be applied to services should you choose to move forward.

No, payment is due at the time of service.

All of our providers and staff are licensed and experienced in their respective fields of practice.

We do offer televisits and are able to conduct some services via phone however most procedures/services must be done in the office (ex: IV therapy, injections, microneedling, etc).

We are not a medical spa however we do offer services such as microneedling, Dysport and Restylane. Please call our office for a consultation.

We are a cash-based practice and do not participate with insurance. We also do not provide superbills. However, if bloodwork is required you may receive a lab requisition from us which you can take to your participating lab and use your insurance. We do labs in our office and offer a cash price which at times may be cheaper than using your insurance, so we encourage you to verify your deductibles and coinsurance with your insurance company.

After calling our office to schedule an appointment, you will receive e-documents and an invitation to our patient portal via email where you will fill out your new patient paperwork which will come back to us electronically. If you have lab work that was done within 3 months of your appointment you are welcome to bring that, however, additional labs may be required.
