We lived in this complex for over a year. Overall the experience was mostly good, however after moving out we were supposed to receive money back from out deposite, had paperwork stating so and have never seen the money. Have called several times to sort it out and they have either not called back or said that it should be received by mail after it has been processed which could take a while. 6 months later and have seen nothing. The only other negative worth mentioning is just to be aware that there are a lot of big dogs at the complex, and not all are nice. I felt like I had to walk my dogs constantly looking for other dogs who might lunge at us and ended up walking them at different times away from the complex down Dunlawton or Clyde Morris. Not really the apartment's fault but just something to be aware of that took me off guard. They raised our rent by almost $200 before we broke our lease for job relocation. Maintenence staff was always helpful when needed and friendly, the pool behind the office was clean and fun to use. The location was very convenient and our unit never had any issues with bugs or mold like a lot of rentals we have been at do. Left with some bad and good impressions, which is why we gave it a middle rating at 3 stars.

I love my apartment, it's really nice. I get to watch the sunrise and watch the birds. I'm pleased with the maintenance folks they are so nice and get the job done quickly. The office people are great too. The price is good compared to other complexes. Their's a lot of parking spaces for you convenience, it's quiet. I truly love living here.

Dave P. of the maintenance team is excellent. He’s very attentive and does his best to make our living environment comfortable. He brought us a portable AC unit while we wait for further details considering our utility problem.

It is not. You get sent an additional bill for utilities (water, sewer, trash) that has to be paid with the rent every month but this is on top of rent and electric is separate.
You have to make three times the monthly rent.. rent is not negotiable.. it will go up yearly. Not enough income, would be the biggest reason to not being approved.
I always added the rent and the water bill and dropped a check in the box
