I have friends who live in this 55+ community. It is a beautifully landscaped development. All the houses are kept nice, with an exception or 2. If you are looking for a place to live this might be the place.

New management and especially manager are unprofessional and harassing of long time owners. Do not attempt to file maintenance grievance as they will look to harass you with frivolous complaint and will not speak with you when you protest and ask for documentation or proof of complaints. They simply make up violations. Update: Nothings changed with the immature young lady running the office…..

Yes. You will just need to fill out paperwork.
Hello! Yes, Colony in the wood has brand new homes available!
As long as they're not permanent. Something that can be removed at the end of the day, is permitted. However, approval from the office can be made.
Limitations yes you have to call the office on this matter
Do you rent for 3 monrhs
Four star is the main seller there ask for gary
The lots are not for sale. You buy the existing manufactured home on the lot from the owner and pay rent for your lot which includes cable and it's about $700 per month. Beautiful park with many great people. Pool has just been redone and park is being updated by new owners. We lived there previously and the park was FUN & fine. They are just improving many things!
I would think so. Contact the park office. Ask them. Also they maybe able to give u the president of the HOA's #, they may know someone.
You must call the office for this information
607$ a mth plus you pay water and your utilities. But it is a beautiful place over all and people are very welcoming.

Yes, in order to buy you must be 55 but others in household can be younger. This includes renters.
I know there are snoebirs rentals. If u are in the area u could stop by the office and check the board.
$628 monthly lot rent includes water, basic cable, trash pickup, taxes, sewer, pool, etc. New park owners, so not sure of any changes.
They vary pending the property locations. It is a beautiful park. Well cared for and maintained
Cost is dictated on the property that is purchased.
