we got new management in January. pools are disgusting and dirty when you call the office to inquire when repairs will be made they don't know. pool on west side has been shut down by the health department. heater on pool broken since November. pool closed about half the time since January. they are not concerned they just say use the other pool. which is also dirty and on the other side of the park called the corporate office about the problems no response from them either. you are also responsible for trees in the front of your house that fall in a hurricane. you own nothing on your plot but are responsible for everything on your lot.
