Update! We are still here at Whitepalm and still loving it since Feb 2019. The front office staff has turned over but they are doing a great job. Maintenance is still incredible with their fast, efficient response (not that I need them often). Brandon and Vanessa always wave or speak. I just love the grounds. They are beautiful. While the rent has increased over the years it is still a very good value. Location could not better! Walk to The Pavillion. Publix, Walgreens, Advent Emergency Room, fast food, movies etc.... 95 is 1 mile away. New paint, upgraded pool furniture and some new equipment in the gym shows the staffs concern for remaining a wonderful place to call home! If you are looking to move, do not hesitate to tour Whitepalm! We moved in the first of March this year. We are amazed at the kindness of the staff, the lake is so beautiful, very quiet and the reason for this review is maintenance . I called to have a ceiling fan installed ..They are very happy to do it! The next day delightful Vanessa calls first and comes right over. She was so sweet to my dogs and careful not to damage anything . Vanessa heard a sound in the AC that we never heard. She inspected and declared it is not working right. Seems there is an oil leak or something and the thermostat isn't either. Who knew!! Parts ordered, problem fixed! Did we make right choice? YES! We LOVE White Palm! Many thanks.

Very nice community. Didn't have the chance to tour prior to moving in because we came from out-of-state but we have been pleasantly surprised. Staff is responsive and friendly. Neighbors are friendly. Plenty of apartments with a great view of the lake. Never a problem finding a parking spot close to the apartment. 1 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Very good mix of older couples, young couples with children and young adults. Walking path along the lake. Always quiet outside after 8:30/9pm. Community is overall peaceful, beautiful and friendly. Happy with our decision to move here.

The best place to live on the entire east coast! Most places aren't maintained as well as this. No trash in sight. If you need anything fixed or adjusted, it happens almost instantly! I've never seen any other place with such an impressive maintenance crew!

This was a great place to live clean and well maintained. The staff was great!! Especially the maintenance staff. Brandon was great with us. Friendly and prompt. Also not bad to look at!!!
