This place has been the only veterinarian I trusted since I retired from the army almost a decade ago and boy has it changed since its new renovations. They worked with owners for the sake of animals. Not anymore. Post covid if you are late to an apt you can no longer make apts. Ever. And must call to see if there's an opening each day. Are you kidding me? Well congrats, terrible people, you have taken 5 dogs and two cats off of healthcare because you have to pay for your renovations. There is a year wait list for other location so thanks again. I would never reccomend you now and rest assure I'll never bring my animals back again. Sell outs.

Although this facility was unable to provide medical services for us, a staff member was very helpful in providing alternative options. Thanks for the assistance.

The veterinarians and vet techs at Watertown Animal Hospital are very knowledgeable and take their time to listen to my concerns about my four legged babies. They really care!

The office number is 315-788-1711. However, at the current time, August 2021, we are not taking new clients.
Dear Gaige, Firstly, I want to apologize for not responding sooner. However, we do not check our social media accounts over the weekend. In the event of an emergency, I would highly encourage you to call a veterinary facility for a prompt response to be advised. Watertown Animal Hospital, has an answering service for emergency services. However, our records do not indicate that we had received a call from you over the weekend. I would recommend calling your primary care veterinarian to be advised. We hope all is well and your cat, and her kittens, are now doing well. Thank you.
They do not. But they so have carecredit
Call them and see if they have any free hours or a sponsor for treatment.
