We love it here at Springs at Port Orange! Everyone is kind, approachable, and professional in all aspects of living here (Office Staff, Maintenance/Service Requests). Little things that come up are resolved quickly. Grounds are well maintained and clean. The people living in our community are friendly and makes me feel comfortable knowing we all go through the same background/safety checks before approval. Amenities are great and there's shopping/restaurants, and a movie theater across the road! Easy access on/off I95. Highly recommend!

Fantastic and timely service! James, came to help with our blinds and exhaust fan. He was efficient and did great work. Not to mention he made great friends with my 3 year old son!

Great experience from the beginning through picking up our keys to move in. Alyssa is awesome - very professional and personal. We are extremely pleased with our apartment and the upgrades it has. Yes! We offer lease terms as short as 4 months.
Yes! We have two types of garages here at the Springs at Port Orange. Some of our apartments have attached garages with direct access to your apartment home. The other option is a detached garage.
You can find our pricing on the floor plans page of our website or by contacting our leasing office!
No everything is added on top of the rent. 60 for internet, 25 for trash, 3 for pest control. Water and power is paid on your own separately.
