This place is a total dump under broad management and current property manager. Work orders piling up for months. Roach infestations. Algae growing up the walls of the buildings. Nice neighbors but if you want to live at a property that gets maintained, please go anywhere else.

Located in a great area. However, if you don't have a car your pretty much have to figure out how to get around. Buses only travel to the Pavilion so you'll have to make arrangements on how to get home. Also all public transportation does not come on Sundays so make sure you have everything figured out for that day as well. Other then that it's a great place to live.

Yes this is happening to my family right now. We lived at Ashton Pointe for over 2 years and had MULTIPLE problems with maintenance and management and now they are trying to falsey charge us. The new management is terrible.
Hi Shirley. I think it come down to availability. If they are in need to fill the apartments they have a bit of leeway. It probably has more to do with the picture of your credit score than the score itself. There is a salary limit you would have to ask but I think 30k yr if you make more than you are ineligible. Write down all of your questions then call and find out. Good Luck!
Yes, they have hook ups Please be very careful because Ashton- Pointe was just bought Around November this past year. it's state-funded and A.P only has about year or two years left with the town of Port Orange for the low-income contract, then it will end. Once that contract ends e (248 families) in those units are going to be looking for places to move to. Here's what they're telling people when asked about A-P and the low-income program, "We're not saying you have to leave but then again, Ashton-Pointe isn't telling you or anyone else, that the rents will be going Skyrocket) and you'll have the option to stay or go with their increased rents Around 1,500 a month or more. So, if you're looking for long-term residency be very careful and think twice about whether you want to do that or not. You may end up with 248 other families looking for a new place to live all at once. So many will be trying to say in Port Orange for the schools but the housing market for P-O is crazy.
