Yep. I joined about a month ago with essentially no experience. I am loving it!
The best place. I have a 14 yr old that's being there for 2 years now. $20 for first day, if you decide to stay it gets down on your first membership day
Coach Milk will be happy to do that for you. He will get you in the best shape of your life if you stick with it and you will also learn how to defend yourself as well. If you want to compete and do some amateur boxing you can do that to. Just go by there and talk to him he is a great coach.
