Large 2-story loft units mainly w/ 2-3 bdrms & 2.5 baths approximately 1200-1500 Sq Ft. Expensive, no amenities, not great area, no security, no garages or covered parking, atrium wide open for anyone to enter no doors or gates, allow pets, close to restaurants & shopping, close to UF, surrounded by apartment complexes, fairly small building, most units mgd by lazy property Mgmt companies which adds to cost, year lease standard, a lot of students live here off & on, serious bug issue & I'm talking cockroaches running around atrium & trying to get in unit, no on-site property manager or maintenance, you pay everything in unit. Almost everyone has big dogs yet no real area for dogs to run or play or really use restroom besides the planters around the parking lots, have a pet refuse bucket & provide doggy bags but most just watch their dogs do their biz & then leave w/o picking up/bagging or putting in bin. Definitely not the nicest rental I've ever been in.

I've always wanted to live in a city loft... how crazy to find these tucked away near UF. Love the industrial look. Awesome location, bus transportation right out front and plenty of parking.

How would I go about contacting management regarding signing a lease? I have been interested in moving into The Lofts for quite some time, but anytime I called the listed number it rings indefinitely and I have not gotten any email responses. Thank you for the help!

The lofts are individually owned. In fact, I was going to buy one. You would need to contact a real estate broker or agent. You could also contact the association to find out if there are any rentals in the area. Good luck...
