The pool and lobby were very nice! My complaint is that the pillows squished down flat when you laid your head on them. I stacked two together and they still weren't firm enough for me. Also no continental breakfast. You have to pay for coffee and any food. Rooms were clean..

Large well appointed rooms. I had a king room and it was a nice surprise that there was a balcony. But the highlight of my stay here was the service from the time I called Bill was friendly on the phone, the staff serving dinner was professional timely and very nice. I will only stay here when I come to Beckley.

We have been in the process of moving from Virginia to Kentucky and this is our halfway stopping point! We have stayed here multiple nights over the past month. Nice and clean rooms and a quiet, slightly upscale atmosphere. The Bistro offers a limited but tasty selection for breakfast. Staff is always kind, courteous and pleasurable. Leigh Ann is super friendly and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this location for any length of stay!
