I was trying to drop my girlfriends daughter off at the 300 N. Coit location Ste. 172 for her “Technical” test and the door was looked. As the sign said, “Knock hard” so I knocked hard and 1 Latina and 1 Ethiopian women come to do the door - and I ask if this is where the Technical Test would be held and they said “no” and they also told me not to knock that hard. The African looking women told me to ______ck off, all I was doing was trying to ask a simple question. The Nigerian looking women also gave me the finger. I look forward to calling corporate and reporting her for being unprofessional and cursing at me. Funny - we were told the test was at this location….and no one was there. As someone who practices law…this should be a fun one….

My experience was good, they were really nice and helpful with people who did not speak English very well, the registration process was organized and fast, the instructions during the test were clear and the process of receiving your grade was really organized and pretty fast, we did not have to wait at all. The location of the center is really convenient because they have plenty parking spots.
